Fees

Individual Therapy and Parent Support

  • Initial Session (90 minutes): $225

    • the first session is longer so we have ample time to explore what brings you in and to collaboratively set your therapy goals

  • Ongoing Sessions (60 minutes): $150

    • after the first session, I recommend ongoing sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis

Medication Runway Program

This program consists of six weekly sessions, with additional sessions scheduled as needed. Payment is collected twice throughout the program, as follows:

  • Sessions 1-3 (60 minutes each session): $450

    • introduction to your data system, habit formation support, and beginning interoceptive training

  • Sessions 4-6 (60 minutes each session): $450

    • training on managing your own data dashboard, troubleshooting, continued interoceptive training, and beginning therapy support, if desired.

  • Additional Sessions, as needed (60 minutes): $150

    • these can be scheduled as-needed, or for those wanting to continue (or begin) receiving therapy while integrating support with their medication data, we can switch to an individual therapy model on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

Insurance Information

I operate as a private-pay practice and do not offer superbills. Because applied behavior analytic services typically require extensive prior authorizations from insurance companies which often results in months of waiting for your first appointment and are often restricted to specific diagnoses, I choose to remain outside that system. This allows us to focus entirely on your clinical goals and values without the administrative barriers or diagnostic requirements imposed by insurance carriers. HSA/FSA is accepted.

Sliding Scale

A limited number of sliding scale slots are available based on need. See below for my sliding scale fee structure, and please reach out if you have any questions about it.
