Meet Parker
Hello! I'm Parker, a board-certified and licensed behavior analyst. I’m someone driven by curiosity and the belief that we are all capable of making meaningful change in our lives.
I have been working in behavioral science for ten years, and I have a strong passion for using it to help people make that meaningful change.
When describing my approach, I often like to talk about the "Two Mountains." It’s the idea that you are on your mountain, climbing through your own unique challenges, and I am on mine. I am not on the top of my mountain any more than you are on the top of yours, but rather, we are all still climbing, having experiences, and learning from them. From my mountain, I simply have a full view of your mountain, and that vantage point can help me guide your climb. After a decade in behavioral science, I’ve learned that my training neither makes me a perfect climber nor places me at the top of my mountain, but rather, it has given me an understanding of the mechanics of the climb, as well as the tools to help get unstuck when encountering challenges.
My goal is to work with you as a team to share those evidence-based tools, not to fix you, but to help you build the resiliency and self-efficacy to thrive. My approach combines discussion, psycho-education, and active skill building to help you develop the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges.
